IFC has many new officer training resources available throughout B and C term, which we cannot currently take advantage of due to elections happening halfway through C term. In response, it is proposed that we begin Nominations/Declinations at the last regularly scheduled house meeting of A term, so that elections happen halfway through B term. Installments would remain at their current time. In addition to making more IFC resources available to officers, this also provides a longer transition period, allowing our officers to be more prepared.
