For several items in the bylaws, for example during elections, alumni Brothers still should still have full participation rights despite not being an undergrad.

This is something we can discuss at an upcoming bylaw review, however I find this change extremely unlikely to find a great deal of support. As graduate brothers do not generally live on housing, do not attend events that are mandatory to undergraduates, and do not have the responsiblilities of undergraduate brothers. As such, it seems incorrect to give them a vote on electing officers that primarily influence these matters. It should be noted, that graduate Brothers are always welcome at Chapter Council, and can give advice and wisdom on the candidates.
