Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
From the national bylaws:
"Each Resident Chapter shall have an Executive Council consisting of five voting members. The President, Vice President, and Treasurer shall be members. The Steward, if there be one, shall be a member. Subject to the foregoing provision, the remaining member(s) shall be Brothers-at- Large elected by the Resident Chapter. The Chapter Secretary shall serve as the sixth non-voting member"
Currently, our bylaws don't follow this.
Im going to go out on a limb and say that people want House Manager to have a vote on exec. I would imagine this is a discrepancy in other chapters as well. As such, unless there is further evidence, I will consider this an upstream issue.
