Reports should only be required upon request of a Brother rather than twice per week or the monthly one for the BOD.

Bylaw Review:

Mike Henry
- Drop all report requirements
- Budget is currently always out of sync with Deb's credit card anyways
Treasurer currently required to give twice weekly report of all budgets
-Change to on Brother's request?
-Post whenever minutes are posted? Treasurer Slack channel?
-But if presented in house meeting, already in minutes anyways
-Do once per term, which is historically a separate report entirely?
Table issue pending further discussion, clarify we're only looking to change twice weekly report. Additionally, specify that it is exceedingly difficult by national requirements to make bill payments by forms other than check and drop that issue.

The budget is already supposed to be tracked, so creating a report twice a week is trivial.
